A Leader in Screenings and Assessments
The cornerstone to measuring an individual's or a company's health status is the on-site Health Screening and Assessment Process. Critical baseline clinical data is collected by a certified staff of professionals who make customer service and quality their number one priority. Health screenings are efficient, well organized, and customized to meet the needs of each client. Our vast experience in screening over 50,000 individuals in the past four years has made us a leader in the area of screenings and assessments.
On-Site Health Screenings
Examples of health screening components include, but are not limited to, the following:
~ Blood Work: Lipid Panel, Glucose, Thyroid Panel, CBC, CMP, HgAlc
~ Blood Pressure, Height, Weight
~ Osteoporosis Screens
~ EZ Detect and Colonoscopy Awareness
~ Skin Scan Awareness Tool
~ Physical Fitness Assessment
In addition to obtaining clinical baseline data, the health screenings also serve as the avenue to collect Health Risk Assessment data through the WellSource Personal Wellness Profile™ (PWP) Assessment Tool. The PWP is a health and lifestyle assessment used in health screenings, managed care, demand management, and health promotion programs. As a versatile management tool, the PWP is designed to identify personal and group health needs and interests. We work with a number of assessment tools and can accept data from existing legacy systems. Special focus is placed on integrating data gathered through our various assessment processes and tools with related organizational health programs, such as disease and case management efforts.
Follow-up Services
A health screening and assessment tool is not designed for diagnosis purposes only, but also to increase awareness. Our coaches provide services to bridge the gap between the participant, the physician, and other resources such as results mailings to physicians and follow up calls and mailings to participants. Through the WellSteps Program, our coaches also provide assistance to participants by making referrals to employer sponsored and/or community sponsored programs to address identified health risks. |
