Fitness and Nutrition Consultations

In today’s competitive environment, the physical and emotional well-being of your employees is essential to the success of your company. Counseling with an Exercise Physiologist and/or a Registered Dietitian can provide your employees with the needed energy, stamina, and overall good health to move your company to the next level professionally. Our trained fitness and nutrition experts work one-on-one with your workforce to develop personalized fitness and/or nutrition plans for healthy lifestyles. Nutrition and fitness consults can be used to supplement additional coaching services or offered as stand-alone products. Consultations can be customized to occur telephonically or face-to-face.

 

WellSteps QuickCheck

A personalized wellness program for health screen participants. Individuals work one-on-one with a Health Advisor to develop a personalized plan for a healthier lifestyle. During the initial consultation individuals may be referred to appropriate work site or insurer wellness opportunities. These may include smoking cessation programming, additional telephonic consultations with a Registered Dietitian or Health Advisor, and/or other appropriate services. Individuals may also receive customized materials to assist with achieving their health goals. Interventions are geared toward weight management and metabolic syndrome prevention (which may lead to heart disease and type II diabetes) among other health topics. This program can be customized to occur telephonically or face-to-face.

 

WellSteps Triage

The WellSteps Triage is a customized program where health screen results are utilized to triage participants into a low, moderate or high risk category. Coaching content and educational resources are customized according to individual needs and interests. High risk participants receive coaching from a Registered Nurse or Dietitian for a more intense intervention.
